Mike Mislan SMBBS Director	Announcements...   Major in Church Planting Added: Since we added National Church Planting and Foreign Missions to our Second Year Program, our Third Year Pastoral Students may add these two courses to their schedule to receivce an additional major in Church Planting.  Extension Course Offered: Our Second Year Christian Education Course may now be taken by extension for those qualified.  However, written assignments, essay questions and research have all been expanded so think twice (this is no short cut!) Men's Church Leadership Added: We also have a new Men's Church Leadership program.  Please see below.  No More Cover Sheets: Handouts will now include a header for your name, cell phone number and the date, which will take the place of your cover sheets.  Videos being added: We are now including some videos as part of our class instruction.  Website Construction is available to all pastors. Caps and Gowns will be added to our Graduation for those students completing a full year of studies! A Note about Ethics.... I recently learned of a pastor friend who tried to convince one of our returning  students to "change schools" (leave us to go to his) and of other pastors who are trying to "sheep steal" from neighboring Baptist churches.  Our school expects all Pastoral Theology majors to maintain proper ethics in the ministry.
Student Tips   I want you all to graduate but as a school with high standards, you must EARN the right to graduate from us!  Our diplomas mean something and are a testimonial to your hard earned achievements!	Be a good student: We give demerits for being late, doing sloppy work, and wearing wordly clothing which are deducted from your course grade!  To ensure a good grade, please be punctual, industrious in your studies and wear nice clothes (as if you were going in for a job interview).   Double check your work! We expect all blanks and questions to be anwered in our handouts and exams.  Inspect and double-check your work before you turn it in.  Blanks will result in an automatic  ten point deduction from your work!   Don't put off assignments, and all Bible Exposition reports must be a minimum of 400 words.  Again, demerits will be applied for sloppy work.   Be Faithful to your Church: Your pastor will evaluate you and we will not graduate any student without their Pastor's approval.   Attend all Required Lectures:  Missed lectures will result in a drop from your grade, and extra written reports to demonstrate you know the material!   No Copying!  If you did not complete your handout assignments and are cought copying, you will be immediately suspended.  Character, Integrity, and Honesty are expected of all seminary students.   Don't try to fool me!  I know the tricks of using many meaningless words as "fillers,"  making large indents on paragraph starts, writing large characters and using a longer penmanship to create volume, copying and pasting from the internet without knowing what it means, coping introductions from study Bibles to fill in your Bible Expo reports, and more!  It does no good to meet any requirements without learning anything. I might just "test" you on your materials!

	Professor Larry A. Dimaandal, Pastoral Epistles   Pastor Larry A. Dimaandal holds a One Year Bible in the Christian Worker, an Associates in Pastoral Theology, and Technical Training Certificates in Basic PC and Website Construction.  He has planted and Pastors the Christian Baptist Tabernacle in Subic, has several ministries, has a family, and teaches Pastoral Epistles to our Second Year Pastoral Theology majors. 	Pastor Jun Docuyanan, Prof of National Church Planting   Pastor Jun Docuyanan has been an Associate Pastor for seven years, has since started the Iba Bible Baptist Mission, and holds a one Year Bible in the Christian Worker, a Three Year Graduate degree in Pastoral Theology, and has completed other training seminars.  As a National Church planter, he is our Professor of National Church Planting to our second year Pastoral Majors.    Visit His Website    Cell Phone: 0907-526-4968
	Prof. Jun Macadangdang, Christian Pedagogy Pastor Jun is actually the Assistant Pastor and Head Deacon of the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Castillejos, Zambales.  He is a capable leader and had watched over this flock while hos senior pastor as away for a year.  He is married with children, owns and operates his own piggery, and holds a One Year Bible in the Christian Worker, an Associates in Pastoral Theology, and is currently enrolled in our Third Year Pastoral Theology Program and in our Technical Dept.  His school work has always been noteworthy, having received our Award for Accademic Achievement and a Character Award dounf last years graduation.   Cell Phone: 0921-295-6202
	Pastor Ireneo Tagulao, Systematic Theology   Pastor Tagulao, ordained and holding a Graduate in Theology, has planted and pastors the Grace of God Baptist Church in Castillejos.  He has a good reputation, is a hard worker, supports our school by sending his students, and volunteers to teach Systematic Theology.    Cell Phone: 0920-341-6937
	Sister Bessie Docuyanan, Teacher of the "Pastor's Wife"   Sister Bessie, a pastor's wife, holds a Graduate in Christian Education, a Bachelors in Secondary Education, and a Technical Training Certificate in Basic PC.  She was certified to teach religious instruction in the Iba Public school system, and conducts ladies' Bible studies, vacation Bible Schools, Children's Sunday Schools, with outreaches to the elementary and high schools and more with their mission in Iba.   Here, she  teaches the "Pastor's Wife" to our second year ladies.   Cell Phone: 0917-526-4969

	Prof. Edward Aldana, Major Doctrines and Baptist Disntinctives   Bro. 	Prof. Richard Elamparo, Biblical Evangelism, Basic Bible   Bro. 	Sis. Lenore Mislan, Illustrative Teaching   Sister Lenore holds a Graduate in Christian Education with a Major in Missions, and has taught Sunday School, Junior Church, VBS, Evangelism, has also led Bible Studies, our ladies' choirs, and has done practically everything else as a dedicated Missionary's wife.  She is also my wife, the mother of two sons (and sometimes me), who are activelly involved in the ministry! Director Mike Mislan	Mike Mislan, a former USMC noncommissioned officer, Pinkerton Lieutenant, and Pastor in the States, is a BBFI missionary who has planted the San Marcelino Baptist Church, and founded the San Marcelino Baptist Bible Seminary and Tech School. Holding Graduate degrees in Christian Education and Pastoral Theology,  Bachelors in Ministry of Mission, Ministerial Theology and Bible Philosophy, with additional diplomas in Criminology, Criminal Investigation, the Military and Police Sciences, and as a member of the Philippine National Police Chaplains Service Speaker's Bureau, the Philippine National Police Values Formation Foundation, the Movement for Righteous Leadership, and a charter member of the Castillejos Mayors' Panel, and disctrict certified Values Ed. teacher, Mike pastors, lectures and teaches with ministries to the Police, municipals, schools, and soon with the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.
